What we measure

Four outcomes that change a life

Independence isn't one milestone — it's education, career, stability, and wellbeing moving together.

Education

On-track grades, improved literacy, high-school completion, and college enrollment.

Career

Credentials earned, work experiences completed, and youth placed in jobs or training.

Stability

Youth prepared for independent living and connected to safe, stable housing.

Wellbeing

Stronger coping skills, supportive relationships, and connection to mental-health care.

Stories over statistics

Behind every number is a young person.

A ninth-grader who went from dreading school to leading a study group. A young adult who walked into their first interview with a résumé they built themselves. A teen aging out of care who signed their first lease with a plan, a budget, and people in their corner.

These are the outcomes that don't fit neatly in a chart — and the ones that matter most. As stories come in from our program participants, we'll share them here (with permission and care).
